Best facility I have ever seen! I am a high level gymnast in the US and when I went to visit Dubai, Fly high fitness was the perfect place to go! The gymnastics equipment is world class for both men and women and is perfect from training and competition practice. I was welcomed with open arms and all the staff were helpful and well informed. Probably one of the biggest gymnasium centers I’ve ever seen in the UAE. With a huge space for weights & machines, a massive gymnastics centre, various rooms for spinning and yoga as well as cafe. There’s free parking in the shopping center car park too. I recommend Fly High to anyone both in Dubai and outside to visit and see for themselves. Thank you!!

My kids joined fly High Fitness since 2019. The facility is state of art and has all what you would wish for in a sports complex. The staff is of the highest standards in experience and hospitality where they treat everyone as part of their fly High family and give all the attention that is needed to develop our little ones while keeping them in the safest environment. We love this place so much that we currently drive all the way from Abu Dhabi to bring our kids to their gymnastics lessons.

Simply the best. Everyone is so welcoming, coaches, staff, even the members! Love the community feel. My whole family loves it, from my 3 children enrolled in martial arts, gymnastics, ballet, hip hop, and musical theatre, to my wife and I doing cross fit classes and Pilates . Our CrossFit schedule is designed to accommodate all levels of fitness, with classes running Monday through Thursday from 6-9:30 am and 5-7 pm, Friday from 6-9:30 am and 4-6 pm and Saturday from 9-10 am. Mike Büser, an experienced and accomplished professional, leads the strength and conditioning and Crossfit programs at Fly High Fitness. With 7 years of Crossfit coaching experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Mike is a Sports Science graduate and has a vast experience as Rehab Trainer (Australian Institute of fitness). He is certified in Opex CCP, Crossfit Level 2, Kids, Strongman, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, and Aerobic Capacity. We are thrilled to have someone of Mike’s caliber as a part of our team at Fly High Fitness and look forward to the knowledge and expertise he will impart to our coaches and students.

MUSAB

CROSSFIT COACH

Musab is a Certified CrossFit Level 2 Trainer based in Dubai. He started CrossFit training in 2013 and developed a real passion for the field which led him to become an official coach in 2016. Since then, he has been dedicated to the sport. He is also a certified RYT 200 Yoga Teacher and obtained his Principle Movement certificate from Strong Fit Amsterdam. He likes to integrate flexibility and mobility into his coaching programs, making his approach versatile, challenging, and immersive. His passion for life, people, and overall health not only carries over into his career but also into his personal life, from cycling to hiking to competing. Musab’s lifestyle revolves around fitness and wellness.

WEIGHTLIFTING COACH

“The barbell is not something to be afraid of – with good movement and technique, anyone can lift weights.

Lifting since childhood, Denis is passionate about his sport. He has competed internationally for over 20 years for Moldova and Team GB and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Not only does he coach, but he is still actively competing and learning, constantly adapting his own training and knowledge to become a better coach and more proficient athlete. He coaches both men and women and his coaching style is based on discipline and technique. From beginners to competitive lifters, Denis is able to bring out the best in everyone he meets. His warmth, compassion, and respect for discipline and technique make him a masterful coach and a valuable asset to the Fly High team.

LOREDANA

GYMNASTICS COACH

Loredana began her gymnastics career at the early age of 4, and by 7 was selected for the Olympic Centre of Nadia Comaneci Sports Club. By the age of 10, she was selected for the Romanian National Gymnastics Team. She brings to Fly High a passion and enthusiasm that is unmatched. She thrives when coaching others, challenging and educating them in gymnastics, body and spatial awareness. Loredana has expanded her skills and passion into Group Fitness Coaching and CrossFit. She enjoys combining gymnastics, fitness, and CrossFit into her own fitness program to push herself outside of her physical comfort zone. This allows her to have a greater understanding on how to drive her students to achieve their goals.

FLY 45

Entry Level | No Gymnastics or Weightlifting

Join a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) protocol for beginners that involves 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest repeated for a specified number of rounds and focuses on lower skill Metcons. These are simpler CrossFit workouts designed for beginners or those with lower fitness levels, they focus on cardiovascular fitness and endurance, and typically involve exercises such as running, rowing, cycling, jumping rope, and bodyweight movements like push-ups, squats and lunges.

The 9 Foundational Exercises

This class is an introduction to the basics of crossfit and covers the 9 foundational CrossFit : Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift, High Pull Medicine Ball Clean. These 9 foundational exercises are just a starting point and the program is designed to be constantly varied, so there are many other exercises, movements, and skills that are also taught and practiced.

Functional BodyBuilding

Functional bodybuilding in CrossFit refers to an approach that combines traditional bodybuilding principles with functional movements and exercises. The focus is on improving overall strength, muscle mass, and aesthetics, while also improving movement, flexibility, and functional capacity. The SP class focuses on these principles to improve overall strength and movement.

CONDITIONING

No Weights | Cardio Equipment

Conditioning classes in CrossFit are focused on improving cardiovascular fitness and endurance, using bodyweight and cardio equipment such as running, rowing, cycling and bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, lunges. These classes do not include weightlifting exercises and are referred to as “Metcons” or Metabolic Conditioning. They are beneficial for all fitness levels. Weightlifting.

CrossFit Gymnastics is a program that includes gymnastics movements and exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups, handstands, ring dips and muscle-ups, aimed at building strength, improving body control, flexibility and mobility.
